Search Panorama Hills listings→Panorama Hills lies north of Country Hills Boulevard and south of Stoney Trail, west of Harvest Hills Boulevard and east of 14 Street NW, with Hidden Valley to the west and Coventry Hills to the east. Stoney Trail gives quick access across the north and to Deerfoot Trail; Country Hills Boulevard runs east to the airport area. Calgary Transit's bus rapid transit route along Harvest Hills Boulevard and Centre Street connects the community to downtown, and the North Pointe transit hub is nearby. The Green Line's planned northern extension along Centre Street would serve this area; check the City of Calgary for current status.
The Panorama Hills Community Centre, run by the Panorama Hills Residents Association, has a gymnasium, meeting rooms, a splash park, tennis courts and an outdoor rink; the annual fee applies to every property and is registered on title. Within the community a network of green corridors and pathways connects a chain of ponds, playgrounds and playing fields, with the Country Hills Golf Club along the community's south-east edge.
Panorama Hills has shopping at Panatella Boulevard and Country Hills Boulevard, including groceries, pharmacy and services. Larger retail is within a few minutes' drive: Country Hills Town Centre, Beacon Hill, the Harvest Hills commercial area and the Vivo for Healthier Generations recreation centre. Calgary International Airport is roughly 15 minutes east.
The Calgary Board of Education operates Panorama Hills School and Buffalo Rubbing Stone School (elementary) and Captain Nichola Goddard School (middle) in the community, and the North Trail High School opened nearby in 2023. The Calgary Catholic School District operates St. Jerome School. Designations change as the north's school capacity grows; confirm the designated school for a specific address with the board.
Panorama Hills' detached homes span the late 1990s to the 2010s: earlier two-storey and bi-level homes in the southern sections near Country Hills Boulevard, later front-attached-garage homes moving north toward Stoney Trail, and a section of larger homes backing onto the golf course. Townhomes and apartment condominiums are concentrated along Panatella Boulevard and the community's edges. Current detached listings update live on the MLS® search below.

"Panorama Hills is a high-volume market, which is good news for both sides: sellers have plenty of recent comparables and buyers have real choice. The homework is knowing the age band and the pocket you are comparing to."
